pro:found was founded in January 2004 by Thomas Heintzelmann and Per Stritich, on an idea to create an international Talent Community. (Total Talent Management Community, CTTM™)

The Community was created to make it  possible for talents to develop personally across professional, organizational and geographical bounderies and satisfy the need for hierarchical avancement - especially where their own organizations could not provide these opportunities. At the same time the Community was to attract talents from the Far East and USA.

Today we are probably best known for our organizational development, stakeholder analysis, competency gap management, Team and leader group development as well as coaching. Recently added, our Mid Manager education for "New leaders" will be introduced in November (Please refer to "News" for additional information).

The company is now owned by Heintzelmann Holding and is run by Thomas Heintzelmann together with skilled and dedicated colleagues and employees. We reside in Lille Strandstræde in Nyhavn, Copenhagen, where you are always welcome to stop by to discuss a concrete case, take a look at your opportunities or share experiences with us.
