Thomas Heintzelmann

Thomas was born i 1966. He spent 11 years in the military service as a Naval officer - and another 13 years as a practicing consultant in private as well as public entreprises.

He has a Masters degree in ship management (1990), an education as line officer (1992) from the Navy, a diploma in organizational psychology (1998) and a masters degree in organizational psychology (2009).

Thomas has been working with strategic development of leadership and leaders , organizational difficulties, team performance enhancement and individual coaching. He also has a solid background within Head Hunting and Recruitment.

Thomas works just as well in English as he does in Danish.

Maria Hirse

Associeret Partner

Maria is a 38 years old psycho therapist, family therapist and writer and  for many years she's been working as a public speaker, editor, columnist and television show host.

She has published 8 books of which three are autobiographical, and has also written a series of articles and entries about bullying, eating disorders and couples communication.

Maria has been attached to the company since the beginning of 2010.

Maria works in English just as well as in Danish.

 

 

 

 

Pat May

Senior Consultant

Pat is a trained economist and journalist. He has worked as Director of Communication in major Dutch corporations and came to Denmark 10 years ago. Here he has been employed in a large communications company and since founded several businesses.

Pat has extensive experience with communications tasks in connection with our biggest organizational projects. He is a Senior Consultant and has been connected to the company for 3 years.

Pat works in English as well as Danish or Dutch.

 

 

Stig Olsen

Senior consultant, freelance

Stig is 42 years old and he's been in the Navy for 23 years. His charge is Commander and currently his commission is on the Ocean Surveyor "Gunnar Seidenfaden".  Prior to this Stig was Commander in Chief of the Danish Naval Military Police and before this part of the Special Forces. Stig has also been working with Team development and Teambuilding throughout the past 10 years.

He's got a Masters degree in ship management (1992), an education as line officer (1994) from the Navy and a masters degree in organizational psychology (2009).

Stig is an important and significant part of our leadership education for mid-managers, and he also partakes in other pro:found activities whenever time permits. Stig works in English as well as Danish.

Bobby Ricketts

Senior consultant, freelance

After graduating with honors from the world-reknown Berklee College of Music in Boston USA, Bobby has over the past 30 years, carved out a stellar international career for himself as a musician, recording artist, producer, television music director and creative consultant.

He works and collaborates on a regular basis with the world's top musicians, artists, and media companies in Scandinavia, Europe, USA, Japan and East Africa.

His amazing career has given him a wealth of experience, knowledge, a very useful set of "people skills", an ability to see opportunity where others only see roadblocks, plus some very enlightening, entertaining stories to tell. Bobby works in English as well as Danish.
