Team development - Team buildingIf you want to achieve good results, you need to have a high performance team around you. This is true regardless if you are in business or sports. In order to be able to create a high performing team, my experience is that the team members need to understand themselves, who they are, what drives them, what their strong sides are - and they need to understand the same things about their colleagues and team players. Leadership Team development in Kina "In my role as General Manager for LEGO i Hong Kong, I hired pro:found for developing my Leadership Team, and I was quite curious to see just how pro:found would handle a Team of Chinese Leaders.
